About James Conci-Mitchell

With 7 years of service as an officer with the British Army and over a decade of experience training successful professionals in central London, JAMES launched SIX3NINE in 2012. His vision was to recruit a team of highly skilled personal trainers and provide them with a place they could train clients without the obstructions associated with commercial gyms.

JAMES has a no nonsense approach to training and works with clients who are serious about their goals and are willing to put the work in. He is methodical and motivated, using his experience to get the most out of those he works with. James has also written fitness columns for Esquire Magazine and Styloko.

About Magda Brzozowska

Magda developed a passion for health and exercise in her early year competing in football and basketball. From a young age she realised that she wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry and sharing her love of sport with her clients.

Having recently graduated with a full Diploma in personal training from Premier Global, Magda has worked hard to earn her place with the SIX3NINE team by showing confidence, tenacity and team first mentality. She is rapidly gaining experience and will soon be a formidable trainer.

Magda packs more punch than her frame might suggest. She is motivated, business minded and likes to pack a lot into a workout.

About Russell Harris

A young ambitious personal trainer with a background in academia. Russ holds a BSc (Hons) Sports Science degree, providing extensive knowledge with which to draw upon with a variety of clients and goals. By operating in many different gyms and training environments, including working one on one and with groups, Russ has gained experience beyond his years. He is committed to his clients goals as if they were his own, with an exceptional ability to adapt to any clients needs. Russ is always able to extract the very best from people in order to achieve more than they thought possible.

A history of rugby from grass routes to university and senior levels has developed an excellent blend of work ethic and teamwork skills, which are essential for the job. His love for rugby has led to a gentleman like 'fight to win the game, shake hands afterwards' attitude, one which is applied on the gym floor.
